For him it’s not just about PLAYING the game, he loves to go watch his little cousins, comes to watch me, watches games on TV, TSN highlights in the morning while he’s eating breakfast, he even goes on You Tube to watch skills and drills. His little cousins and other little kids really look up to him. Last week he helped out at Novice Assessments and was so supportive and positive with them. He is forever making plans with his team mates outside of the rink too. - Reason for nomination: “Dreyden may be one of the smallest guys on the team but he makes a big presence on the ice. Dreyden is fast on his skates and is one of our best defencemen using some fancy moves to stop the puck. Great work this season, Dreyden!”

- Reason for nomination: “Matthew is multi-talented in the rink as he is a great forward, defender and goalie. In our last game, he made a lot of great saves keeping the game close. He always has a huge grin on his face and is always telling jokes in the dressing room.”

- Reason for nomination: “Colby is always one of the first players at the rink and it does not matter if it is a game or a practice. Colby is always giving 110%. He plays center ice and is a hard worker in both ends of the rink. During our game this week Colby scored 2 goals and was awarded the GOLDEN JERSEY as our teams hardest worker. Way to go Colby!!””

- Reason for nomination: “Zachary plays great defense. He is always watching the puck and skating to where he can stop it from getting into his zone. Zachary just played in the Bow Island tournament and I was amazed to see how hard he worked to help his team. I wanna show Zachary that it’s not always just the goal scorers that win things, that it can also be the players that play great defense. Keeping that puck away from his goalie is just as important as getting the goals.”
