	Power, Power and More Power Every 2012 Regal is powered by an ECOTEC^® four-cylinder engine with high-tech features including direct fuel injection and Variable Valve Timing (VVT). The standard engine displaces 2.4 litres and generates a substantial 182 horsepower. There's also a 2.0-litre turbo engine that puts out 220 horsepower. Regal GS features a high-output version of the 2.0-litre turbo engine that puts 270 horsepower and 295 pounds-feet of torque at your disposal. At 135 horsepower per litre, the Regal GS engine has the highest specific output of any engine in Buick's history.
